Global Payment Specialist: A Key Role in Seamless Operations
Job DescriptionAs a Global Payment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of payment systems across various markets. This role is crucial in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and upholding high standards of compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and process payment transactions through multiple channels, including banks, PSPs, and internal teams.
- Conduct thorough Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and enforce strict compliance policies to prevent financial crimes.
- Investigate and resolve payment issues, disputes, and chargebacks in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on payment escalations and issue resolution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payment operations within the Forex or CFD industry.
- Strong understanding of payment compliance, PSP integrations, and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
