We are seeking a professional to coordinate support services and systems, including reception, fleet management and procurement. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities services across multiple campus locations.
Responsibilities include coordinating administrative tasks, managing office supplies and equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate administrative tasks and projects

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 17% superannuation
- 6 weeks annual leave
- 10 days personal/sick leave
