Job Title: Employee Relations Manager

At Mondelez International, we are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of workplace relations and the implementation of our ER strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ER strategy that aligns with business objectives and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on workplace relations matters, including employment law, industrial relations, and employee engagement.
  • Manage and resolve workplace disputes and grievances in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that all parties are treated with respect and dignity.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and industrial relations, and provide training and guidance to HR staff and management on these matters.
Requirements:
  • At least 5-8 years' experience in workplace relations or employment law, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations, including awards and agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
