Job Title:

Emergency Medicine Registrar

Your Role in Our Emergency Department

We are currently recruiting Advanced Trainee Registrars in Emergency Medicine. This role is suitable for T2 and T3 trainees.

The position involves managing Emergency Department patients under the direction of Emergency Medicine Consultants, working with hospital staff, and communicating with General Practitioners and Specialists as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing ED patients under the direction of Emergency Medicine Consultants
  • Supportive FACEM-lead team-based care
  • Working with hospital staff to facilitate patient management
  • Communicating with General Practitioners, Consultants and Specialists as appropriate

You will be eligible for registration as a medical practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia, with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience and a demonstrated knowledge in clinical and procedural experience in an equivalent ED setting.
