Job Overview

The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients, driving cost savings, and adding value through effective management of client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Procurement and project management of printing requirements, encompassing digital, offset commercial printing, POSM, premiums, and display materials.
  • Provide technical support in resolving complex issues, leveraging knowledge of premium types, methodologies, MIS, and print technologies.
  • Process and produce all requests from brief receipt to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality expectations.
  • Liaise regularly with clients and suppliers regarding production schedules and attend supplier meetings to foster strong relationships.
  • Manage relationships, resolve complex issues, and escalate as needed to the Account Director, maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.
  • Implement best practices and ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in procuring digital, commercial printing, visual merchandising, premiums, and point-of-sale materials, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and technical input as required, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt to new situations.
  • Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D technologies, general print, packaging, and POS products, enabling effective solutions and recommendations.
  • Flexible, strong communication, inter-personal, and customer-facing skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong experience and understanding of prepress and commercial printing processes, coupled with credible interactions at all levels within client, partner, and agency organisations.
  • Dynamic, detail-oriented outlook, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously, with a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.
