Sourcing Account Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage our key client accounts and drive product delivery across digital, offset commercial printing, POSM, premiums, and displays production.

This role will involve delivering exceptional service management, ongoing cost savings, and added value for the client. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the progression of jobs with suppliers through various stages in the production lifecycle and ensuring clients are updated regularly on the progress of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and project management of all printing requirements – digital, offset commercial printing, POSM, premiums & display materials
  • Technical Support: Provide first level support in resolving technical problems which will require knowledge of Premium types, methodologies, thorough understanding of MIS and familiarity with print technologies
  • Assume full responsibility for processing and production of all requests from receipt of brief through to final delivery and invoice preparation to ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met
  • Regular liaison with clients and suppliers regarding production schedules;
  • Attends supplier meetings and manages the relationship; resolve complex supplier issues, and escalates to Account Director when needed
  • Implements Best Practice in conjunction with wider operations and ensure all client Service Levels (SLAs) are met
### Required Skills and Qualifications: ###

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in procuring digital, offset commercial printing, visual merchandising, premiums, and point-of-sale material
  • Strong understanding of all print production processes providing technical input as required
  • Have excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D technologies with sound knowledge of general print, packaging, and POS products
  • Must be flexible in order to succeed in a dynamic working environment with very strong communication, inter-personal, and customer-facing skills and fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Strong experience and understanding of all prepress and commercial printing processes
  • Credible at all levels within client, partner, and agency organisations
  • Dynamic, yet detail-orientated outlook
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and possess 'can-do' attitude
  • Capable of developing and implementing plans and strategy
