  • Serve as a role model for the team, exemplifying the Sephora experience and embodying our commitment to providing a curated and innovative beauty journey for our clients.

  • Analyze and utilize reporting data to inform operational strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • Encourage open dialogue within the team by providing constructive feedback and maintaining consistent communication with management.
  • Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member concerns in a fast-paced retail environment, confidently making decisions that align with store objectives.

Role Highlights:

This position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, while also overseeing various store functions such as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training will be provided through our unique online learning platform, ensuring that you are well-equipped to guide clients in discovering Sephora's exceptional offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Availability to work a flexible 38-hour rotating roster to meet store demands.
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on profit and loss, sales forecasting, team leadership, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives on the sales floor, inspiring and supporting team members to achieve their best.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding client service and ensuring the store reflects the Sephora brand ethos.
  • A passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to grow through feedback and development opportunities.
