Database Administration Expert

We are seeking an experienced Database Administration Expert to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and performance of our trading platforms.
- You will manage database environments across multiple locations, implementing Always-On High Availability solutions and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with development teams to provision masked, production-like datasets for testing purposes.
- Automate recurring tasks and develop tools for operational efficiency, reducing manual intervention and improving overall system reliability.
- Support migration and modernisation projects aligned with our global data strategy, providing Level 2 database support and incident resolution following ITIL methodologies.
We require an experienced professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server database administration, strong technical skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
