Test Automation Specialist


Are you a skilled technologist with a passion for innovation and collaboration? We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Specialist to join our dynamic product development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge test automation solutions that drive business results.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automated testing frameworks.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for software applications written in various programming languages.
  • Develop manual testing strategies to ensure comprehensive product feature coverage.
  • Analyze technical specifications to create detailed test plans.
  • Deliver high-quality test reports, logs, and data to inform product decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and optimize test processes.
  • Perform regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Additional degree in Electrical Engineering is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience working in Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in implementing automation using Robot Framework or other frameworks.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably Python.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript test scripting is advantageous.
  • Previous experience with radio communications equipment is beneficial.
