Job Description

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries
  • Maintaining and developing professional relationships with external suppliers and customers
  • Taking orders and processing invoices from suppliers and customers in a timely manner
  • Performing ad-hoc administration duties to ensure seamless operations
  • Engaging in inbound cold calling and client follow-ups to drive sales growth

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from AU$60,000 to AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry
  • Prior experience in a sales-driven environment
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • A friendly and proactive approach to representing our company
