New Long March Pty Ltd is a business located in the Newcastle region. We have been providing our fresh daily made sushi to the local community since 2006. There are currently two Sushi Koo Stores in Newcastle at Junction Fair Shopping Centre and Marketown shopping centre. We are currently looking for a Store Manager to manage our stores.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and develop a staff team aligned to the company values
  • Create an environment where the team can deliver the ultimate customer experience every single time
  • Understand store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive sales growth by proactively seeking out opportunities to improve the store's presentation, product and customer experience
  • Lead an environment committed to food safety and workplace safety
  • Supervise team members to produce only the highest quality sushi
  • Manage stocktakes, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and labour cost, always striving for continuous improvement
  • Be creative to produce new products to attract more customers
  • Take marketing activities to generate additional sales

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma or above in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification full-time working experiences are required for this position
  • Great communication skills and an ability to lead a diverse range of employees
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in sushi production is essential
