Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our stores and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff management, customer service, and sales growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team aligned to Sushi Koo's values, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Experience: Create an environment where customers receive the ultimate experience every time, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional service.
  • Store Performance: Analyze store KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth, enhance store presentation, and optimize product offerings.
  • Food Safety and Workplace Safety: Lead a team committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and workplace safety, ensuring a secure and healthy environment for employees and customers.
  • Quality Control: Supervise team members to produce only the highest quality sushi, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stocktakes, COGS, and labour costs, striving for continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Product Innovation: Develop new products to attract more customers and drive sales growth.
  • Marketing: Take ownership of marketing activities to generate additional sales and promote the Sushi Koo brand.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or above in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification full-time working experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Great communication skills, ability to lead a diverse range of employees, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Essential Skills: Experience in sushi production is a must.
