Electromagnetic Warfare and Intelligence Systems are seeking a highly motivated Technical Officer to perform complex technical communication work.

As the Technical Officer, you will be part of a small team that provides detailed technical and professional advice in relation to cutting-edge technology. You will work autonomously and display high levels of initiative and judgment when working on technical problems and shifting priorities.

The role involves performing complex communication technical activities and associated tasks, developing and maintaining technical knowledge of relevant processes and equipment, and assessing whether technical packages meet specified requirements. The Technical Officer will also ensure safety aspects are considered and incorporated into communications technical activities and tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing technical packages

The successful candidate will have highly developed communication skills and be able to build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
