About Disability Support Roles
">We are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who may be interested in joining our team. Our focus is on providing quality services and safeguards to our clients with an emphasis on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence for meaningful and active inclusion in society.
">- Brief Overview: As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with physical and behavioural conditions, supporting them with daily living tasks and encouraging their participation in community activities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support with daily living tasks such as personal care and domestic duties
- Assisting with transport and community access
- Supporting participants with complex care requirements
You'll need:
">Minimum 12 months experience working with clients that have complex care requirements
A Certificate IV in Disability or higher qualification
A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
A valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
Employment subject to satisfactory background checks including Professional References, Employee Working with Children Check, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
