This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their stay is as smooth as possible. Key tasks include assisting with luggage, greeting guests warmly, offering concierge services, and helping with transportation and parking.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide a welcoming first impression for guests upon arrival
  • Deliver top-notch customer service throughout their stay
  • Lend a hand with parking and luggage storage
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good local knowledge or ability to learn quickly
  • Open drivers license (manual)
  • Customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor
