Job Description:

The Logistics Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes actively participating in day-to-day activities, operating equipment and machinery efficiently, and completing administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in on-site operations to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Operate equipment and machinery safely and effectively, adhering to maintenance schedules and protocols.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping, in accordance with company policies.
  • Work overtime and weekends during peak periods, as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in operating forklifts and other heavy machinery.
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to work in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and shifts, as required by company policy.
