Cotton Crop Watering Technician

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Irrigation Specialists to join our cotton farming operation in Goondiwindi, QLD.

This is a practical, outdoor role in a busy farming environment where you'll play a vital part in ensuring effective water management across cotton crops.

• Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure consistent and efficient water supply to crops.
• Start, monitor, and shut down water flows to ensure even irrigation.
• Check water levels and adjust flows to prevent over- or under-watering.
• Conduct routine inspections of irrigation infrastructure and report any faults or damage.
• Assist with general farm duties, including maintenance and field support.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while contributing to the team.

• Current manual driver's licence and own car.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Previous experience in farm work or irrigation (highly regarded).
