About the RoleAs a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking team, you'll play a key role in helping to provide customers with a seamless banking experience. You'll meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
You'll be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You'll be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

Key Responsibilities- Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs.
- Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
- Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
- Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
We're looking for someone with exceptional customer focus, retail experience, and the ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity. You'll also need to be willing to work in a collaborative team environment and have a sound understanding of compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to promote technology and digital channels. If you have most of these skills and a growth mindset, we'd love to hear from you.
