Waste Treatment Plant Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waste Treatment Plant Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate waste treatment plants according to established procedures and guidelines from senior personnel.
  • Conduct process sampling and jar testing on waste streams to identify quality and optimize plant operations.
  • Access, monitor and perform SCADA operations to ensure plant optimization and respond to alarms effectively.
  • Maintain daily housekeeping at assigned waste treatment sites.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV Water Industry Treatment qualified (or progressing towards this qualification) or higher.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Trade.
  • A full Australian Driver's Licence – Essential.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Operating Waste Treatment Plants or allied industry.

You will have excellent verbal communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with multifunctional teams, and demonstrate a customer-focused approach.
