About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced visual merchandiser to drive excellence across our NSW stores. As a District Retail Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in shaping impactful consumer journeys, coaching in-store visual merchandisers, and ensuring seamless brand execution for seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and key product categories.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Best Practice Execution: Implement and maintain best practice visual merchandising and in-store communication standards to create a strong consumer journey, highlighting product features and brand stories to drive sell-through.
  2. Coach and Motivate In-Store Teams: Train, guide, and motivate In-Store Visual Merchandisers (ISVM) to continuously deliver excellence in execution across the entire market in DTC.
  3. Cascading Brand Guidelines: Cascading of brand guidelines and VM guidelines to ISVM and store teams to ensure executional excellence and understanding of principles to drive accountability at store level.
  4. Lead New Store Openings: Lead new store openings in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure perfect retail execution aligned with store concept and brand guidelines.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment, with 1 year experience within a visual merchandising role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
  • Valid driver's license.
