The Reece Group, a leading international company, offers a unique opportunity for Year 10 students to gain valuable work experience and skills through its School-based Traineeship program. This program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in a real-world work environment, while also working towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

As a School-based Trainee, you will be partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd and work alongside experienced professionals in a Reece branch. Your key responsibilities will include embracing the Reece values, providing excellent customer service, processing sales, and managing stock. You will also have the opportunity to build your product knowledge and contribute to maintaining a high-standard branch environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess good written and verbal communication skills, be able to follow instructions, and demonstrate enthusiasm and a great attitude. You will also be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays. If you are a motivated and team-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
