Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team at One Group Pty Ltd in Erskine Park, Sydney.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on a key role in driving our supply chain operations. As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for replenishing stock from local and international supplies, identifying areas for cost savings and increased service levels, and striving for 100% on-time delivery through proactive engagement with suppliers and import staff.

You will work closely with Category Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure stock on shelf meets sales requirements. Your duties will also include identifying cost-saving opportunities through local and international sourcing, liaising with the sales team on promotions, product updates, and stock clearances, overseeing and managing superseded stock and part number conversions, driving high-reach forklifts, and using scissor lift machinery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with inventory systems and purchasing and inventory control
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and proficiency
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A High Reach Forklift Ticket and Scissor Lift experience

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
