Beauty Advisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our beauty products.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed Beauty Therapist or Makeup Artist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our concept store. You will be responsible for:

  • Championing the customer journey by ensuring a warm, consultative, and inclusive environment
  • Performing makeup and beauty services for customers, delivering tailored, professional experiences
  • Ensuring high visual and operational standards across the store
  • Supporting the delivery of in-store activations, influencer events, and beauty service experiences
  • Acting as the key brand ambassador for our beauty destination in the local community

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Makeup or Beauty Therapy, especially within retail, beauty, or service-driven environments
  • A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience delivering exceptional in-store experiences through services or events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
