Job Title: Rail Civil Drafter

Aurecon, a leading design, engineering and advisory company, is seeking an experienced civil drafter to join our Queensland Transport team based in Brisbane. As our new Rail Civil Drafter, you will be part of a supportive team that works together to meet our client's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the sharing of knowledge with junior drafters

- Lead and role model the development of technical and digital expertise

- Champion the adoption of new and emerging technologies and ways of working, as part of Aurecon's digital futures platform

- Be the single point of contact and accountability for drafting within the team and on projects

 

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of drafting experience, a strong foundation of utilising cloud collaboration tools for file sharing and communication, and a solid understanding of good digital information management. You will also need to lead by example in staying up to date on digital trends within the digital capability areas and coach team members to build digital capability.
