This role plays a critical part in managing assets and ensuring accountability, compliance, and proper handling of property and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing a department/function/program property coordinator/custodian system.
- Overseeing the administration and physical control of Government/customer property.
- Maintaining functional procedures/processes that align with the requirements of the Government Program Manager and site appendix.
- Creating, coordinating, submitting for publication, and implementing revisions or changes to the site Government/customer property procedures/work instructions.
- Managing control records.
- Circulating property management matters with all affected departments/organizations/groups.
- Supporting property reviews and audits.
- Serving as the site's primary contact point with the AGPC organization.
- Implementing industry leading practices (ILP), voluntary consensus standards (VCS), and standardized forms as defined by AGPC.
- Coordinating site property accountability process activities.
- Managing the administration and physical control of Government/customer property.
This position requires strong organizational and planning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a property coordinator and possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
