Job Title: Senior Manager, Corporate Governance

This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced individual to join our organization as the Senior Manager, Corporate Governance. The role involves managing a wide range of governance functions that support us in performing our legal obligations and meeting our strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for delivering best practice corporate advice, services and support in a demanding environment. To undertake this role successfully, you will have an excellent understanding of legislation and Government Business activities.
