About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Banking Representative to join our dynamic team at Bank of Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for you to kickstart your career in banking and unlock amazing growth prospects.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact in the branch, providing exceptional customer service to our customer network. You will identify and support customers to explore their current and future financial needs, undertake transaction activities, educate customers on using digital banking solutions, and conduct needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
