We provide in-home care and support services to individuals, empowering them to live independently. Our team of professionals has been delivering quality services for over 15 years, supporting older people and those living with disabilities to stay connected to their community.

Responsibilities
- Developing and managing customer service schedules, including planning, confirmation, and adjustments
- Preparing and transmitting schedules for customer services to support professionals
- Arranging staff replacements for planned or unplanned absences and shift changes
- Providing guidance, supervision, and direction to support professionals to ensure quality service delivery
- Verifying the allocation of support professionals against customer service schedules to process timesheet data efficiently
- Maintaining and updating data in company systems
- Meeting specified standards for delivering high-quality in-home care and support services
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proven relationship management skills with stakeholders, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to contribute positively to a high-performing team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience using AlayaCare (desired)
Requirements
- A current NDIS worker screening clearance
- A valid driver's license
- Familiarity with aged care and NDIS standards
- Previous experience in scheduling within the disability or aged care sectors
