Human Resources Advisor

The People and Culture Advisor is a key member of our team, responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to our leaders and business partners. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and a strong understanding of employment law and HR principles.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR guidance and support to leaders on employee relations issues, performance management, and workplace investigations.
- Develop and implement people initiatives and programs to drive business outcomes and improve employee experiences.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure all operational processes are completed and up-to-date.
- Use data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and advising leaders on sensitive HR matters.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Relevant tertiary education in Human Resources, Business, or associated disciplines.
