Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and manage a team in delivering end-to-end operational human resource functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience in HR operations and management.

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure compliance with employment and industrial provisions.
  • Provide expert advice on performance management, recruitment, position management, and workforce programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team in delivering end-to-end operational human resource functions
  • Partner with management and staff to ensure compliance with employment and industrial provisions
  • Provide high-level consultancy and advice on performance management, recruitment, position management, and workforce programs
  • Shape and inform effective workforce planning and development through continuous improvement
