Key Role: Scheduler for Home Care

We are seeking a skilled and experienced scheduler to manage rostering requests during scheduled on-call periods.

This role will suit an individual who is motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about making a positive impact on the team and organisation they support.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Build and maintain rosters with suitable support workers
    • Act as an important connection between support workers and the office team
    • Manage compliance and standards in Home care
    • Organise employee agreements and compliance
    • Employee online education monitoring
  • Requirements:
    • Previous experience working within scheduling or scheduling for a complex service delivery business, ideally within healthcare
    • Understanding of scheduling principles is desirable but not essential
    • High level of competency using computer systems and software
    • Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
