About the Position:

  • Act as a liaison between accounts and internal/external stakeholders to provide timely, accurate support.
  • Administer accounts efficiently, effectively, and in line with legislative/compliance guidelines.
  • Ensure profitable, commercial compliance is achieved.
  • Contribute to high levels of client satisfaction through active engagement.
  • Support the team to ensure service deliverables are met during peak periods/staff absences.
  • Promote referral/new revenue opportunities from the client book (e.g., Not for Profit business development).

About You:

  • We're looking for someone with 3+ years' experience in charities/NFP environments.
  • Experience working in a client-centric environment.
  • Fiduciary knowledge.
  • Understanding of risk/compliance obligations in Financial Services environments.
  • Solid problem-solving, decision-making skills.
  • Strong client/stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid communication skills (written/verbal).
  • Influencing, negotiating, decision-making skills.
