As a seasoned KYC specialist, you will be responsible for proactive outreach to customers for data including source of wealth, as well as collating responses to financial crime and risk operations requests.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the team in managing business risk by analysing information and communicating risks and benefits while promoting openness to new information, approaches, and ideas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement – Managing customer outreach and service requests to align with business priorities for risk and compliance related outreach.
  • Understanding and explaining AML, KYC, SOW, and Customer data outreach requests to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate customer profile information when completing customer outreach and engagement.
  • Managing customer and internal stakeholder relationships.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in Financial Crime and AML (Essential)

• Strong previous customer relationship management experience (Essential)

• Experience in a customer-centric process environment

• Experience in operational processes for the Casino industry or highly regulated industries

A strong understanding of customer due diligence, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance will help navigate the complex regulatory landscape of the gaming industry and ensure high standards of integrity in customer engagement practices.
