Workers Compensation Claims Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workers Compensation Coordinator to join our team at FedEx Express. As a key member of our claims management team, you will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the workers' compensation administrative process, ensuring the smooth and efficient resolution of claims while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of workers' compensation claims
- Collaborate with internal departments, including HR, Legal, and Safety, to facilitate communication and streamline processes
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of workers' compensation processes
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for providing high-quality customer service
