Injury Management and Workers Compensation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workers Compensation and Injury Management Professional to join our team at Remondis Australia Pty Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective injury management and rehabilitation strategies to support the well-being of our employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of workers compensation claims and injury management processes.
- Provide expert advice on workers compensation insurance principles and develop strategies to improve our performance.
- Coordinate return-to-work programs and provide professional guidance to RTW Coordinators and management representatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and rehabilitation providers to ensure successful execution of our workers compensation strategy.
- Monitor and report critical workers compensation and injury management trends to inform business decisions.
About You:
- Proven experience in developing and managing workers compensation and injury management systems, ideally in an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of workers compensation insurance principles and experience with conventional and non-conventional schemes.
- Tertiary qualification in physiotherapy, ergonomics, occupational rehabilitation, WHS, or a relevant area.
- Completed RTW accreditation and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting abilities, coupled with effective communication, negotiation, and influential skills.
