Security Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Security Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of major and minor security projects within the Australia New Zealand (ANZ) geographical area. This position will support the design, bill of materials development, and partner with local value-added resellers and other client entities to complete project works.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Review and manage physical design policies.
  • Develop security designs based on client policies for major and minor works.
  • Develop bill of materials (BOMs) for major and minor works and issue to vendors for quoting.
  • Prepare quotes for approval by the APAC Post Occupancy Projects Manager.
  • Coordinate with internal entities and stakeholders for works completion, testing, and commissioning.
  • Compare vendor invoices against quotes and/or services delivered and recommend, reject for payment, or receive for services.
  • All other duties, as assigned.


Requirements:
