The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Educator to join our team at St Pius OSHC in Banyo. As a Lead Educator, you will play a crucial role in leading our service and ensuring a nurturing environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment, maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and school staff.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our service.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in OSHC or a similar field, including a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including split shifts, to meet the needs of our service and clients.
  • Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children, with a commitment to their safety and well-being.
