Your Role


We're seeking an experienced Educator with a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive work style. As a Lead Early Childhood Educator, you'll be responsible for developing engaging programs that empower our children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness. Through meaningful interactions with the children, you'll foster their inquisitive minds, laying the foundation for their learning journey with us.



Key Responsibilities



  • Design and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Build strong relationships with our families and the local community through effective communication and collaboration
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy within our centre
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure a safe and healthy environment for our children

Requirements



  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check
