Compensation and Benefits Specialist Job

Australia's international interests are safeguarded and promoted by our organisation, a dedicated entity that collaborates with global partners to address challenges and enhance trade and investment opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in global remuneration analysis, with a proven track record in conducting market benchmarking, salary structuring, and benefits analysis across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Annual remuneration reviews for locally and overseas engaged staff
  • Analysing salary scales, benefits, and market data to provide accurate recommendations
  • Maintaining and enhancing the remuneration analysis model
  • Managing procurement and integration of remuneration and economic data from external suppliers
  • Ensuring data quality, documentation, and audit compliance

The successful candidate will be required to hold a current Australian Government NV1 or higher Security Clearance prior to commencement. They will also lead survey processes, providing strategic advice on remuneration trends, risks, and policy implications.

Other key tasks include collaborating with Managers and Senior stakeholders to align salary outcomes with local and global contexts, contributing to quality assurance, continuous improvement, and methodological enhancements, and representing the organisation in professional engagements with external providers and like-minded organisations.
