We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior IT Specialist to lead our digital transformation journey, focusing on Microsoft 365. This role is ideal for individuals who have expertise in both business processes and technical systems.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for migrating from Gmail to Outlook (M365), working closely with vendors, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition. They will also help optimize and secure our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Main Responsibilities- Drive the migration of email services from Gmail to Outlook (M365) with vendors and internal teams.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and Entra ID/Active Directory.
- Ensure secure, compliant solutions in line with government standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 and cloud issues.
- Collaborate with cyber assurance to design secure solutions.
- Configure Azure policies and establish landing zones.
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects and migrations.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure, M365, and Entra ID/Active Directory.
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in configuring Azure policies and landing zones.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure implementation and maintenance.
- A keen understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with a focus on identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing robust protective measures.
- An annual base salary from $122,628 to $136,449.
- Full-time employment with a fixed-term contract.
