**Cloud Relationship Manager - Asia Pacific**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Relationship Manager to join our remote team in Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience guiding long term client relationships relating to Cloud solutions and be proficient in web hosting technologies.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take their career to the next level and work with a dynamic, fully distributed team in a collaborative and transparent organization.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, including the ability to discuss technical topics with clients and turn these discussions into viable solutions. They will also have a passion for building long-term relationships with clients and driving business growth through strategic advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding and building long-term, strategic relationships with clients
  • Delivering key information and updates to stakeholders via multiple channels
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on technical and architectural matters
  • Helping to implement best practices in automation, DevOps, security, and development
  • Elevating customer-facing issues to internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience guiding long-term client relationships in Cloud or managed services
  • Strong understanding of web hosting technologies and cloud platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment
