Materials Logistics Coordinator

Job Title

This role is responsible for coordinating operational material and staff management across multiple warehouses.

The successful candidate will also be involved in stock take, reconciliation, and sampling activities following EH&S and cGMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Operational material and staff management for both Warehouses
  • Plan and coordinate picking 2 weeks in advance from demand of Production Schedule
  • Support creation of Solution Task
  • Raise material unavailability notifications
  • Coordinate and process incoming and outbound goods
  • Assign and perform put-away of materials to designated storage locations and conduct audits
  • Manage material requests from departments or picking lists
  • Coordinate sampling requirements of raw materials
  • Respond to alarms - BMS
  • Lead goods flows and implement efficient warehouse processes
  • Oversee upgrades and/or expansion programs of the materials management processes.
  • Ensure proper cGMP storage and flow of (raw) materials
  • Maintain timely order and timing of inbound/outbound activities
  • Monitor and maintain high inventory accuracy and cycle count as required
  • Perform housekeeping and cleanliness tasks of warehouse and equipment
  • Verify physical systems and tools for goods flow processing
  • Conduct daily warehouse equipment checks and maintain logbook records
  • Provide excellent customer service – internally and when dealing with suppliers/transportation companies
  • Coordinate Warehouse/Cold room cleaning requirements and freezers calibration requirements
  • Assist in driving company trucks when required
  • Support procurement activities as needed
  • Support End of month/year Finance Reporting tasks
  • Maintain Quality and Data Integrity requirements
  • Identify and report any deviation
  • Support investigation team and Manager in writing deviation, SOP and Work Instructions
  • Support audit preparation and site readiness
  • Collaborate in special projects when needed
  • Ensure accurate, complete, timely and consistent administration of all material movement related processes to cGMP standards
  • Execute specific EH&S tasks
  • Maintain safety, security, and housekeeping standards
  • Perform cycle counts as per SOP requirement
  • Participate in warehouse PPI activities
