Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Building and Facilities Manager to join our team at the Award-Winning Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring all areas of the centre are well maintained at the highest possible level of service.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in building high-performance teams and cultures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex business operations, preferably in the tourism, aquatic, retail, or hospitality industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for positive influencing.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and pool water treatment and plant operations.

Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or extensive experience in Centre/Facility Management or senior management experience in a related industry is highly desirable. We are committed to providing a safe environment for children. Successful applicants will be required to obtain a national police check and a Working with Children check.
