As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to broaden your consulting skills, work on complex projects and take ownership of specific project domains or work streams. You will lead client consultations, build your project coordination capabilities and support the development of junior consultants.

We are looking for experienced professionals who can bring expertise in Organisational Development, Workforce, Leadership and Capability.

The role involves:

  • Delivering high-quality projects and work streams
  • Leading client consultations and engagements
  • Coordinating project activities on small to medium-sized projects
  • Developing strong deliverables to convey key messages to clients
  • Contributing to client development and identifying opportunities for future engagements
  • Providing exceptional support to Project Directors and Managers
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments to inform client discussions and work
  • Supporting and guiding others on projects and in buddy roles

Practical requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Psychology, Leadership, Learning and Development or related fields
  • 1-3 years' experience in a professional services environment, with a focus on Organisational Development and related disciplines
  • Understanding of organisational challenges within large and complex organisations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to think logically and articulate ideas clearly
  • Problem-solving skills applied in a structured way

We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment, flexible working arrangements and competitive remuneration packages. The estimated salary for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
