Responsibilities:
- Incident Response: Manage high-severity incidents, lead temporary response teams, and ensure timely resolution with minimal business impact.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and optimize incident management processes.
- Training and Preparedness: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure teams are prepared to respond effectively to critical incidents.
- Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Post-Incident Review: Conduct thorough post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned, improve processes, and enhance overall resilience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in incident management and SRE or Security Operations, ideally within a SaaS environment.
