**Job Title:** IST Support Analyst

 

We are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to join our Information Systems and Technology team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the configuration and maintenance of desktops, laptops, desk phones, mobile devices, data logging systems, and basic networking support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • answering calls and emails regarding technical problems
  • general IT and application support
  • setup, configure and deploy new IT hardware
  • create and maintain documentation
  • work closely with the IT Team to improve IT operations

For this position, we are looking for someone with four years' experience in a similar role, proficiency in Windows 10, 11, and Microsoft Office 365, familiarity with Windows server, Active Directory, and networks, and excellent organisational skills and the ability to take initiative.

 

**Requirements:**

  • Technical background in information technology support
  • Previous experience working as part of a service desk team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
