Medical Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing registrations, bookings, triage and queries, as well as handling payments, issuing receipts and billing.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has strong organisational skills.

The role involves being the first point of contact for patients and requires flexibility in working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient registrations, bookings and triage
  • Handle payments, issue receipts and perform billing duties
  • Operate the booking system efficiently
  • Assist with back-office activities such as data entry and reporting
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service
  • Adaptability to various databases and systems
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
