Role Overview

A motivated and experienced ecommerce professional is sought to drive the success of our online channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and maintain a seamless customer journey across Australia, New Zealand and international markets.
  • Provide weekly insights on product performance, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Support data analysis by maintaining Google Analytics filters and dashboards.
  • Manage the creation and upload of products and product details, ensuring timely and accurate launches.
  • Document and maintain content requirements for the website, performing regular on-site merchandising and enrichment of product information.
  • Execute trade promotions to meet omnichannel trade strategy goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to position the business as market leaders.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • A performance-driven approach to everyday work, focusing on revenue and conversion opportunities.
  • Drive to meet metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms is preferred, while omnichannel experience is highly valued.
  • A proven track record of trading a website, understanding what drives sales and managing operations to reach goals.
  • Qualification in business, ecommerce or a related field.
  • Creative, enthusiastic and willing to learn and expand knowledge and skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, scheduling and workflow planning.
  • Effective time management skills, with experience working within timelines and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, influencing team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills, generating practical insights and solutions.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and derive insights from data.
  • Strategic mindset and innovative thinking, identifying opportunities that align with the business goals and values.
