About the Role
  • You will lead the coordination and improvement of IT systems and business analysis processes to ensure they meet stakeholder needs.
  • Develop and implement change management processes for new and enhanced processes and IT systems, providing support to other business units as necessary.
  • Provide expertise on business requirements, taking into account legislative, contemporary IT and customer experience frameworks.
  • Guarantee adherence to Queensland Police Service Information Technology policies, procedures, standards and practices, including legislation, security, documentation and version control management.
  • Offer advice to management on process improvement, IT and related issues, encompassing innovation, contemporary solutions, risk identification and management.
  • Analyse, document, develop, test, deliver, implement and review innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations and QPS Business stakeholders to ensure IT systems provide effective and efficient platforms, processes and procedures to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to a challenging, innovative, equitable, ethical and safe work environment that fosters dedication, commitment, efficacy, professional growth and continuous improvement.
