Job Overview

Our organisation seeks a skilled Help Desk Agent to provide first-level technical support to admin and therapy staff across Australia. As the primary point of contact for technology-related issues, you will respond to phone and remote access requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems reported by users, employing sound problem-solving skills and effective time management techniques.
  • Manage support tickets in our enterprise ticketing system, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly with users to gather information about their technical issues and provide guidance on resolving common problems.
  • Contribute to building a knowledge base by documenting solutions to frequently encountered issues, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, catering to users with varying levels of expertise.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
